GFNZ GROUP LIMITED
ALLOCATES SHARE OPTIONS TO KEY EXECUTIVE

The Board of NZAX-listed auto loan provider GFNZ Group Ltd (GFNZ) today
allocated share options to key executive staff. This allocation was approved
by Directors on 7 August 2015.

The key terms of the options issued being:
o The options allow the holder to acquire 1 share in GFNZ Ltd at 3.8
cents per share.
o The term of the options expires on the earlier of
o 5.00 pm 30 March 2018; and
o The time on the date when the employee ceases employment with the
Group.
o The options confer no voting rights or dividend rights until
converted to shares.

Under this allotment, 10,000,000 options were issued including 5,000,000 to
the Managing Director, David O'Connell
