    If you read the "About DXN Limit" section in the latest announcement it reads "DXN has achieved an industry first and become the first modular data centre developer in the world to receive both uptime Institute Tier-Ready III and Tier-Ready IV design review awards."

    So they have been awarded the Tier 4 Data Centre design but haven't built one yet. I believe the Sydney centre is Tier 3.
