I saw a recent webinar presentation in which the ceo alluded that the Melbourne facility is unlikely to go ahead and they were looking to sub let the facility. reasons- no anchor tenancie and the land lord wants a large amount of capital to install a power station. i am only a newbie here so don’t know the full background of mel01 but it sounds like the lease of this facility from past mgmt was a huge stuff up. lets hope the new team can turn it around I have great faith in them. all in my opinion.
