why are you worried about the direct ion of the entire business, can you talk about that?

and a question for everyone. Why rent Melbourne without a tenant? Is that on the assumption that Melbourne needs more data storage centres.

possible solution.. Rent some at discount for a time to cover costs. Then wait for demand to catch up with supply.
if they need more power, .. Forget it. Build a shed next to a power station. .. Job done..
A big issue in this forum seems to be the mil or so spent on an (?) empty building.
