    Correct. I questioned the CEO in one of his webinars and he basically said massive stuff up by previous mgt...with out actually saying it. Previous mgmt entered into a lease (~$80K per month I recall) however landlord was not obliged to perform power upgrades to site ,rendering the site useless for DC operations in the interim.
