Just Water International Limited - Purchase of Property

The directors of Just Water International Ltd (NZX: "JWI") announce that they
have entered into a binding  agreement to purchase premises  located at 103
Hugo Johnson Drive, Penrose, Auckland for a purchase price of $3.3 million.

The Head Office functions and Auckland Bottling Plant will move into the
premises within the next nine months.
