noted above, on 9 April 2015, First NZ Capital Group Limited disclosed an
interest in 4,698,700 (6.465%) GTK shares.
On 12 August 2015, Harbour Asset Management Limited held 4,880,980 GTK shares
(6.714%) and First NZ Capital Securities Limited held 25,370 GTK shares
(0.0349%) a total relevant interest held by First NZ Capital Group Limited of
4,906,350 GTK shares (6.749%).
On 13 August 2015, Harbour Asset Management Limited, as a result of normal
trading activity, purchased 1,100,000 GTK shares (at NZD2.00 per share) for
total consideration of NZD2,200,000. On 13 August 2015 as a result of normal
on-market trading activity, First NZ Capital Securities Limited bought 5,000
GTK shares (at NZD2.04 per share) and sold their total holding of 30,370 GTK
shares on the ASX for total consideration of AUD55,552.80.
