MEETING: ARG: Annual meeting results announcement
The Board of Argosy Property Limited is pleased to announce the poll results
of the four resolutions put to the Company's Annual Meeting yesterday:
- Chris Hunter and Jeff Morrison were re-elected as Directors.
- The maximum aggregate Directors fees increased from $655,000 to $665,000.
- The Board was authorised to fix the auditor's fees and expenses.
