dont think OPEC are really relevant at this stage. Existing wells everywhere around the world will be running overtime to make up price difference with volume. Shale responds fairly quickly to price but will still take 6 mths. POO goes up, then shale kicks in then POO goes down and the cycle continues. May go on for a couple of years until the underspend on high cost long term oil projects has effect. Just my thoughts.
