DIVIDEND: FLI: Fliway FY15 Dividends - NZX Appendix 7 Amended
The appendix 7's for the final and special dividend, issued to the market on
Friday 28th August 2015 have been amended.
These dividends are fully imputed.
The original appendix 7 calculation of the Imputation Credit and Resident
Withholding Tax amounts was incorrect.
The Final Dividend imputation credit fully imputed to NZ shareholders is
corrected to $0.007389 per share from $0.005320 and RWT is corrected to
$0.001319 from $0.000950. Total dividend payable remains the same at
$863,320.
The Special Dividend imputation credit fully imputed to NZ shareholders is
corrected to $0.001944 per share from $0.001400 and RWT is corrected to
$0.000347 from $0.000250. Total special dividend payable remains the same at
$227,190.
