Buffet seems to be living by his maxim of,be greedy when others are fearful.He is only human and could be wrong,but i am not going to bet against him.

20c? in this market anything is possible,now ,i have about a tenth of your holding at just under 70c,unfortunately not a small % of my total holdings,but i would still love the opportunity to buy more at 20c.

IMHO ,best spin on it , he is being very careful,timing is everything, as he realises bnb are not giving up management rights easily,worst spin on it,he plans on burying review.
