It is the last and first thing I do - I cannot keep my eyes off it. My wife is quite bored with me telling her up another $50k today - not quite!
It is quite tiring though with two small people running around our house so I need my rest.. and until those paper profits become real I still have to keep that boring old day job ticking over to pay the bills.
Six months time is going to life changing - if I sold today it would be as well but I am greedy. Lets be honest heh?
