The big break out level for PRR was the dramatic push through the tough 25c resistance level.
It's not unusual for stocks to backtrack and retest a breakout point and that's what PRR is appearing to do.
A successful test (and rejection) of 25c could be the trigger for a further advance. A daily close not below 25c would be nice but an end of week close above 25c is what really needs to manifest.
So, at this point in time, if you are in it for a short trade (which I am not) now is not the time to panic ..... IMO
