I've said it before but will say it again. Aside from turning up in person, the best way I can think of to get hold of them and to put some pressure on them is via Twitter. That way, not only they will see our frustration but also the other companies and people who follow them will see it.
I'm the only one doing it at the mo and look like a bit of a lone nutter but I will persevere
