Possibly a digital Registrar for Patients to apply through, LCT had previously disclosed it would be on a first in first treated basis, this seemed the only fair way, with the ability at a premium to expedite Treatment but not at a timely expense of the Registrar Patients.(additional capacity at a cost). You can imagine that there will be High Net Worth Individuals who will require expeditious treatment, this higher margin could possibly allow LCT a Philanthropic Fund that can either assist those with financial shortfalls or entirely gratis . Profit= Sustainability and affords the ability to roll out across a larger Territory and assist the greatest amount of People.
