m007m, it is nice someone was read, you can never be sure haha. I just want one property bull to admit purchasing in 2006 in USA, with the power of hindsight, was a horrible decision, and that renting for ~4 years and buying now would have been more prudent.
I suspect this will not happen.
(and to the bulls, I will happily admit buying property in Australia in the early 2000s was a great financial decision)
