IKE 23/09/2015 08:30 GENERAL NOT PRICE SENSITIVE REL: 0830 HRS ikeGPS Group Limited (NS) GENERAL: IKE: U.S. Sign Industry Rapidly Adopts Spike For Immediate Release Sept. 23, 2015 U.S. Sign Industry Rapidly Adopts Spike - ikeGPS plans to replicate U.S. market success in more regions around the world - Wellington, New Zealand--ikeGPS (NZX: IKE) continues to see exceptional market adoption of Spike across the U.S. sign industry. The basis of the company's U.S. success has been the introduction of product adoption programs with leading franchise businesses, co-marketing initiatives with national and regional sign industry associations, and advancing a comprehensive reseller program to win the even larger independent sign company market. With new Australasia and European marketing programs and partnerships in the works, ikeGPS expects to see similar growth and success in other regions of the world. Specifically, over the past six months, ikeGPS has established relationships and sold into major sign industry franchise businesses, including: o FASTSIGNS: with more than 590 FASTSIGNS(R) locations around the world, including the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Australia, Puerto Rico and the United Arab Emirates. o Signarama: with more than 850 Signarama sign centers around the world, including the U.S., Australia, France, the U.K., Singapore, and locations throughout Latin America and Asia. Signarama also operates the largest franchise business, Speedy Signs, in New Zealand. o Signworld: with more than 290 owners in the U.S. and Canada. o Alliance Franchise Brands: with more than 600 locations in North America and the U.K. operating under the brands Signs Now, Signs By Tomorrow and Image360. o Franchise Service Inc.: with more than 680 locations operating under the brands Sir Speedy, PIP, MultiCopy and Signal Graphics. In addition, FSI operates EastNetPrint in China. o AlphaGraphics: with more than 280 franchises located in the U.S., Brazil, China, Hong Kong, Saudi Arabia and the U.K. o SpeedPro Imaging: with more than 120 locations in North America. To advance distribution of Spike, ikeGPS has created a reseller program and partnered with leading sign supply companies to sell Spike to the large independent sign company market, which is not affiliated with a franchise business. Initial key U.S. reseller partners include: o Reece Supply Company: with eight locations based in Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Georgia and North Carolina. o Earl Mich Company: based in Illinois and serving the Chicago and greater Illinois region. o Denco Sales: with five locations based in Colorado, New Mexico, Washington, Oregon and Idaho. Three locations in California service Northern, Central and Southern California. o Tubelite: Headquartered in Apopka, Florida, with nine operations in Florida, New Jersey, Arizona, Tennessee, Indianapolis, Ohio, North Carolina and Alabama. Additional North American, Asia and Western European sign supply resell partners will be announced in the coming months. ikeGPS began targeting this vertical market, estimated by an Ernst & Young report to spend more than $10 billion per annum on goods and services, less than six months ago. In that time, a large number of sign companies have integrated Spike into their business processes--relying on the mobile app and cloud-based software to reduce costs and increase revenue potential. "Through our sales and marketing programs with franchises, industry associations and leading sign supply resellers, we expect to see continued fast-pace adoption of Spike within the U.S. and around the world," says Jeff Ross, chief marketing officer of ikeGPS. "We also believe that the approach we've taken to win this vertical market is indicative of the potential for Spike in other large markets, such as insurance and real estate appraisal, where there is also growing adoption." ### About ikeGPS ikeGPS is changing the way the world is measured, utilizing its smart laser measurement solutions to capture, record and export measurement data.
