ANNREP: PGC: PGC Annual Report Delayed

NZX ANNOUNCEMENT

30 September 2015

The 2015 annual report for Pyne Gould Corporation ("PGC") is delayed, due to
the finalisation of audit procedures for PGC and the Torchlight Fund Limited
Partnership.

The handover of audit information regarding Torchlight from the previous
auditors, PwC, to new auditors Grant Thornton did not occur until late July,
and, despite Grant Thornton's efforts to make up for that lost time, they
have been unable to complete everything required for the release of PGC's
audited annual report by September 30.

It is anticipated that the audit for PGC will be completed during the month
of October allowing the release of PGC's annual report to be made prior to 31
October 2015.

PGC apologises for any inconvenience this delay may cause, and will be
working closely with Grant Thornton to ensure that the audit is completed as
soon as possible.
