GENERAL: SNK: Snakk Media Share Offer Document and Letter to Shareholders

Snakk proposes to issue new shares.  The issue price will be NZ$0.045 per new
share, and the amount to be raised under the offer is up to $1.5 million,
with over-subscriptions of up to an additional $800,000.

A copy of the offer document is attached, as well as a letter to be sent by
Snakk to all shareholders on the share register at 5.00pm on Monday 5 October
2015.
