GENERAL: WTL: WTL Delays Payment of Dividend on Preference Shares
The directors of Windflow Technology Limited have resolved to delay payment
of the third dividend on the Company's preference shares with a maturity date
of 8 January 2019. These preference shares, which are unlisted, were issued
on 8 January 2014 pursuant to the Company's combined prospectus and
investment statement dated 26 November 2013 and prospectus amendments dated 4
December and 23 December 2013. The Company is working on a plan to address
its finances and until that plan is further advanced payment of the
preferential dividend will be delayed.
