GENERAL: BNZ: Bank of New Zealand considers subordinated notes offer

Please see the attached announcement advising that Bank of New Zealand is
considering making an offer of up to NZ$300 million of subordinated unsecured
notes to the public in New Zealand, with the ability to accept unlimited
oversubscriptions. The offer is expected to open on 23 November 2015, subject
to market conditions.
