- 2015 Annual Meeting Proxy Form; and
- Independent valuation of NZ Farmers Livestock Limited prepared by Campbell
MacPherson, being one of the requirement of a 6 November 2015 NZX Regulation
waiver granted in relation to resolution 5 of the Notice. Resolution 5
relates to the proposed purchase of shares in NZ Farmers Livestock Limited.
The waiver decision was separately announced on 6 November 2015.
