DIVIDEND: PCT: Precinct FY16 first quarter dividend

Precinct shareholders will receive a first-quarter dividend of 1.35 cents per
share plus imputation credits of 0.1271 cents per share. Offshore investors
will receive an additional supplementary dividend of 0.0577 cents per share
to offset non-resident withholding tax. The record date is 3rd December 2015
and payment will be made on 10 December 2015.
