DRP: VHP: Vital - Distribution Reinvestment Plan (DRP) update
Vital Healthcare Property Trust ('the Trust') is pleased to offer unitholders
the opportunity to participate in the Trust's Distribution Reinvestment Plan
('DRP').
The DRP is designed to allow unitholders to elect to receive units in lieu of
a cash distribution. It provides a straightforward and cost-effective way to
increase your unit holding over time. It is open to New Zealand unitholders
and to unitholders in jurisdictions outside New Zealand (but only where to
extend the DRP to that jurisdiction would not risk breaching the laws of that
jurisdiction or where it would not be unduly onerous to do so).
The terms and conditions of the DRP and the Election Notice are attached.
Please read these carefully as the document has been updated, as at 10
November 2015, to comply with the Financial Markets Conduct Act 2013.
Details of the DRP, including a summary of its key features are set out in
the DRP terms document which is also being mailed out to all unitholders, and
are available online at www.investorcentre.com/nz and www.vhpt.co.nz.
Participation in the DRP is optional but if you wish to participate you can
apply online or by post.
