Resignation of Director
The board of VMob Group Limited [NZAX:VML] advises that it has accepted the
resignation of Sean Joyce as a director of the Company, effective yesterday
24 November 2015. Sean will continue to act as an advisor to the business
for the next three months.
The Board wishes to thank Sean for his contribution to VMob as a director
over the past 5 years.
