Key role restructure
The Board of LED processor and distributor Energy Mad Limited has decided to
restructure its current CEO/CFO position, separating out the role into a
dedicated Chief Executive position and a dedicated Chief Financial Officer
position. The Board believes that this more conventional structure will
allow it to better serve its growing Australian market, alongside its New
Zealand operations.
The current CEO/CFO role will be disestablished in July 2016 and will be
replaced by the new Chief Executive and Chief Financial Officer roles at that
stage. Details of the appointees to those roles will be announced once
appointments have been made.
