Subject: Bank of New Zealand Subordinated Notes ("BNZ090") - Minimum Tradable
Amount.
Message:
NZX Regulation ("NZXR") advises that, due to an operational error at NZX,
Bank of New Zealand ("BNZ") subordinated notes ("BNZ090") are showing a
minimum tradable amount of 5,000 rather than 1,000.
This error will be addressed overnight and BNZ090 will be available to trade
with a minimum tradable amount of 1,000 from Monday 21 December 2015.
For off-market trades effected today, Participants may report up to the
nearest minimum tradable amount of 5,000 today, and any residual quantity on
Monday 21 December 2015.
