trading day Volume Weighted Average Price of Pushpay Holdings Limited's
ordinary shares (VWAP)), 3,714 shares at $4.04 per share (16 July 2015 VWAP),
30,267 shares at $5.45 per share (31 August 2015 VWAP), 68,787 shares at
$5.81 per share (23 September 2015 VWAP) and 1,950 shares at $7.69 per share
(11 December 2015 VWAP).
Payment terms: Cash through the Company's Share Incentive Scheme

Reason for issue: Issue of shares to Pushpay Trustees Limited to be held for
the benefit of certain employees and contractors under the Company's Share
Incentive Scheme to attract, retain and reward personnel and to motivate them
to excel. The issue prices reflect the market prices at the time relevant
employees were offered the opportunity to join the Scheme.
