Subject: Pushpay Holdings Limited - Sub-division of shares
Message:
On Wednesday, 13 January 2016, Pushpay Holdings Limited ("PAY") announced a
sub-division of PAY ordinary shares.
Shareholders will receive 4 new shares for every 1 existing share held on the
Record Date. Adjusted PAY shares will be available at the registry on the
morning of the first business day after the Record Date.
In order for the sub-division of shares to be processed and for trading on
the NZX Main Board to continue, a temporary ticker code ("PAYZ") with the
ISIN NZPAYE0003S9 will be created. PAYZ will be used from market open on the
Ex Date until market close on the Record Date.
On Tuesday, 9 February 2016, trading will resume using the original PAY
ordinary shares ticker code (PAY) with the new ISIN (NZPAYE0003S9) continuing
to be used. At this time, trading in the PAYZ ticker code will cease.
A timetable of events is detailed in the attached table.
