ASSET: PCT: Queen Elizabeth Square Rezoning Update
Precinct entered into an agreement to purchase 1,900m2 of land described as
Queen Elizabeth Square in February 2015 conditional on the land being
rezoned. Auckland Council has today publicly notified the decision of the
independent commissioners, approving the rezoning. Subject to no appeal being
raised Precinct looks forward to confirming the agreement is unconditional.
