CAPREC: KRK: Return of Capital - Appendix 7
The directors of Kirkcaldie & Stains Limited (the 'Company') refer to this
morning announcement advising that the Company received final orders from the
High Court approving the scheme of arrangement.
The record date for the capital return will be 5.00pm on 25 February 2016 and
the Company will make payment to shareholders on 29 February 2016.
Further details of the capital return are set out in the Appendix 7
accompanying this announcement.
