jemma....not sure if you realise but they paid a special diviend of 5 cents last year returning surplus capital to shareholders. They also stated at the time it was the company's intention to return surplus capital to shareholders.
Expect an annoucement of a retrun of surplus capital to shareholders in the near future in line with company policy. Capital return and aquistions are not mutually exclusive - they both can happen.
