We hardly need to argue about the grade. We'll learn more as the assays come in.
It's open-pittable high grade at surface that can be extracted using hydrometallurgical methods (so cheap). No need for smelting.
....but a good way to illustrate the direct correlation between grade and metal extraction efficiency (or recovery) is like this. Pretty self explanatory.
