@Booter well said! ODN are negotiating their hardest to get the deal over the line IMO. Remember management kept the additional 1.2 cent shares for themselves. Registered Gridcomm business name. Made no empty announcements. No massive share dumps. They would have seen the response in SP with the MOU which was massive compared to their previous MOU's and will know the positive implications for their company in the future if they were to secure a deal. I don't think ODN is playing games. If anything Gridcomm is wanting more because green city technology is in the spotlight now, plus they have leads in Indonesia, Russia and Israel so obviously going places. ODN may need an extension to try harder and offer more but let's hope we have a meaty announcement with some good details tomorrow or Monday and not just a regurgitated Gridcomm advertising spiel.
