I cant see any " big move happening " in the near future .  your pulling your own chain
look at the sellers massing .  180K  up to 1/2 cent .
this is the  result of flooding the market with cheap shares .
shares have been languishing at this level for five  months .
Its encouraging that the Company is making progress with the issuing of the licenses but this
in itself wont have a considerable impact on price . this stock has been flooded with impatient
" day trading " types eager to achieve a quick turnaround . perhaps if they are able to move towards the construction phase that will attract some solid investors and shake out the knobs .
