Although there is massive dilution for excisting shareholders, It also puts the company in a very good cash position something which i think people had been concerned about, which was holding back the share price. The company is not wasteful with money and tends to achieve the things it sets out to do. With this in mind the real question is weather not you feel the company can get a better return on your extra money then you can. I like to think increasing the market cap also limits the chances of a lowball offer and the further advanced our technology gets through the testing phases the more vauluable it becomes. Although with an outlook to 2016 it is a long time to achieve the results and im sure some were hoping for a quicker take over and payday.
