    * 12 Investors. Reduces to some extent any concerns about losing some control to any one party. Four are specialised health funds.

    * Ward off opportunistic approaches from large pharmas.

    More info to come about who investors are. I am impressed - amazed - that there seems to have been no leakage of news while negotiating with 12 parties.

    All looks good. Esp if none of the investors are likely to be traders (which no-one knows yet).
