    Been in VLA for about 7 years. A CR at 28 cents is 2.8 cent pre consolidation equivalent. Shares on issue after CR issue will be about 165m or 1.65b pre consolidation equivalent. LT holders have been punished with massive dilution and a near all time low SP. New holders should do OK. Just food for thought. IMO
