Well what a nice number 27.1% offering from founders plus carsales 23.1% gives 50.2% and control of ICQ to CRZ. The way the offering was pitched was to get a fair price between $1 and $1.54 and hope for a bit of price tension from some other parties for parts of the 27.1%. My guess is that Carsales have to deal and may want/have to bid for the balance of the company.
Clearly if carsales take the stake then they will be moving in their executives to run it. Either way I see CRZ having to take this completely. 1.20-1.30 seems to transfer price levels. If no other parties put their hand up then CRZ could get the stake at closer to $1.00
