Some big balls retail could be doing that with daddy's money or leveraged everything to do that, seems very unwise if you ask me... Doesn't sound like a wise trade that would get the green light to go at an insto, unless they knew for sure something is going to happen, but I don't believe in conspiracy theories so that's that.
