    where did you get asset value from? Is this BNB's value of the asset? I reckon my house is worth $700K, but market reckons I'm crazy and it's only worth $500K

    Also, don't forgrt to include interest rate on that debt. It's now 6% above bank bill rate, plus 2% more if they don't meet certain payments
