Shares traded on Friday were 4,628,006. Five large off market trades and one earlier last week have totalled over 2.3 million shares - Yanzhou Coal are not allowed to buy stock.
Queensland Investment Corporation had been sellers in the previous quarter.
Numerous earlier reports that Yanzhou were willing to pay just under $20 and a few that they would offer just over $20, seem to say that they would gladly up their present offer by $2 per share for Felix Resources.
Three Felix directors control just under 50% of Felix stock and are under an agreement with Yanzhou Coal.
A manager and former CFO control with one other, 20% more of Felix stock and are not committed to accepting the offer.
Good reason to hold out for 27 dollars a share.
