With close to 50m soi and a 5% requirement makes that about 2.5m to get the meeting going. There was 13m on the notice and my guess is that they are concerned it's not enough and so they keep buying. I'm not sure the board would be discussing a JV considering the current internal situation.
They have just under a month to go so will keep an eye on it. The rise so far based on no real announcement is quite staggering.
