No change really, Nown Ltd could always sell down the shares.

The only difference is that now Nown Ltd would not have to disclose any change of more than 1% and it obviously no longer has to disclose that it is no longer a substantial holder. As discussed earlier, Mr Kenway is no longer a director.

Substantial holders and directors, and some other related parties, have to disclose all share transactions.

Nown Ltd does not appear to fall under any disclosure category from now on.

This is not uncommon with older companies with historical twists and turns - there's all kinds of people in the woodwork with all kinds of different interests.

The main point is that Nown Ltd is the second highest on the Top 20 and now it is no longer subject to the disclosure regime.
