it"s because we have nothing left here in OZ to confide in except TLS to make us feel all warm and fuzzy- our banks have tanked 30% mainly due to the compulsory insane capital raisings , and our BHP's and STO"s have tanked a lot more, cutting jobs and royalties .
about the only positive is that our real estate market keeps the merry go round turning, and we have a 2% cash rate buffer to "burn" if things go really bad.
then again , Malcolm promised to deliver , after he sacrificed Tony and that is what makes me feel confident about the outlook.
just have a look at Scotty , our treasurer-he sells his soul just to dance to the 'Malcolm' tune- that is what is called true loyalty.
