That $15 valuation is suddenly becoming more realistic as a target rather than as a given. :) At the rate of +ve and -ve events that are coming on a weekly basis, there is no time to relax even if the minister's comments are finally defined in writing to only include new epls, etc. This asset is fast becoming an issue of national importance to the sovereign players so I am expecting big things to come good or bad to sway the outcome to the interested parties. Rarely have I seen such 'nail biting' brinkmanship that now involves the sovereign level.
