The N Gov't have already confirmed through numerous sources that it has no intention of nationalising the mines nor taking control of any mines with current mining or exploration licences.
Why would they need to specifically mention EXT when EXT was never a focus of theirs?
That would mean that they would have to specifically mention by name all of the many other mines for clarification as well??
I just don't think it necessary.
