MATURITY: GNE020: Genesis Energy Limited (GNE): Maturity of GNE020 Bonds
This announcement is to advise that Genesis Energy Limited's ('Genesis
Energy') fixed rate senior bonds issued pursuant to a master trust deed and
supplemental trust deed (tranche 1 of series 2) each dated 25 November 2008
('Trust Deeds'), which are currently quoted on the NZX Debt Market under the
ticker code GNE020 ('GNE020 Bonds'), will mature on 15 March 2016.
On 15 March 2016, Genesis Energy will repay the principal amount of each
GNE020 Bond to, or to the order of, the relevant holder of that GNE020 Bond
on the record date. The record date for the GNE020 Bonds will be 5.00pm on
Thursday, 10 March 2016. That record date was recently extended from 5 March
2016 to 10 March 2016, allowing an additional period for trading in the
GNE020 Bonds prior to the maturity date.
Trading in the GNE020 Bonds is expected to be suspended on and from close of
trading on 8 March 2016.
