AUDITORS: BIL: Resignation of Auditor
Bethunes Investments Limited (BIL) wishes to announce that it has today
received notice of resignation from its auditor, Staples Rodway, due to their
disclaimed opinion on the accounts last year.
This disclaimer on the accounts was principally due to the issues in valuing
the inventory of the stamps, coins, and notes business, which BIL has since
divested.
The Board is currently working on filling the vacancy and will advise the
market shortly as to appointment of the new auditor.
