SENIOR TRUST OBTAINS LICENCE AND TRANSITIONS TO FINANCIAL MARKETS CONDUCT ACT

Senior Trust Management Limited (the Manager) as manager of the Senior Trust
Retirement Village Listed Fund (the Fund) is pleased to announce that it is
licensed under the Financial Markets Conduct Act 2013 as a manager of
managed investment schemes that make secured loans to Retirement Villages and
    Aged Care Facilities.

The Fund will today transition to the Financial Markets Conduct Act 2013, and
all future offerings of units in the Fund will be made under that Act. To
effect the changes, the Manager will today amend and restate the
Establishment Deed and Master Trust Deed for the Fund. Copies of the revised
deeds will be available on the Disclose Register at
    www.business.govt.nz/disclose under the Fund's scheme number (SCH10491).

The changes to the deeds are primarily to reflect the transition to the
Financial Markets Conduct Act 2013. In addition, the deeds have been amended
so that units will now be issued on, at least, a monthly basis, instead of on
    a weekly basis.
